We hope you are happy with your purchase, but from time to time we change our mind!  To keep our excellent customer service, we offer full refunds on most purchases, apart from earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom sized products .ie. Rings, necklace/ bracelet adjustments.

Please return your product ideally in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving it, and we will process the refund within 2 business days. We advise that you use a recorded post to return your item and retain the receipt.
